Data Storage

The only data stored locally on your device is:

• Your DeepSeek API key (stored securely in browser local storage)
• Your language preferences
• Translation cache (to reduce API calls)

This data never leaves your device except when making translation requests to the DeepSeek API.

Third-Party Services

This extension uses the DeepSeek API for translations. When you translate text, only the text content is sent to DeepSeek's servers. Please refer to DeepSeek's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.

The extension requests minimal permissions:
